You can walk the 357-mile Long Path, a hiking trail that begins in New York City, at the West 175th Street subway station near the George Washington Bridge and ends at Altamont, in Albany County, or take the short walk from the parking lot down to the Falls’ base for some wonderfully refreshing spray.

Part of the Mine Kill State Park which offers an array of activities and hiking trails, including a 5-mile segment of the Long Path.

On the ground floor of the WIOX 91.3 FM, a community radio station that is entirely supported and run by local talent. We are forever thankful to the man who, seeing us peering through the windows, opened up the doors and gave us a tour of his work space & art, took us upstairs to the radio floor, and allowed us to take photos.

Where every room is a concept and every concept is unique. Our chosen one was the ”Angel Hair” because, ”once upon a time… I was a little girl in primary school where, together with two of my classmates we dreamed we went to the Police Academy, and were assigned very hazardous duties. But someone took us away from all that, and then we worked for him. His name was Charlie”. I was Jill (and sometimes, I switched to Kelly).
