Philadelphia City Hall – The View
The panorama from the City Hall Tower observation deck is truly memorable. Accessed via a tiny elevator that can carry only four people at a time (excluding backpacks) there is bound to be a line. This is why timed tickets are required, which can – and in peak season should – be booked in advance).
