In Downtown Manhattan
Travelling art installation ”Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cool Planet” came to New York last year, between September-November 2016. Designed to raise awareness about the effects of global warming, twelve globes went on display in Battery Park, each one proposing a solution.
As the sun was beginning to set the globes where bathed in a warm golden light.

Naaaah, we just happened to be there in the Golden Hour, that’s all! Being Greek, I know all about bright sunlight; but I have never seen a city being bathed in such a mellow golden light before! Just awesome!

So you are from Greece? My daughter studied ancient Greek for 4 years. She loved it. Our civilisation owes a lot to your philosophers. Now I understand the reason behind your name. 😉

I loved studying Ancient Greek too, but have forgotten all of it by now! But, yes, still love a good fable 🙂

Bringing rounds and curves in a straight city can only link with nature, universe, humanity.

So very well said Gil! We need to stay in touch with nature if we are to remain human!
